As Housing Director, Paula Roberts is responsible for all aspects of housing operations and plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured living environment for residents throughout their recovery journey.
Paula brings a wealth of experience and passion to IBH Addiction Recovery. With over 25 years in recovery herself, she understands the journey firsthand and is dedicated to empowering others on their path. Paula has been a valued member of the IBH Addiction Recovery team for 21 years, serving in various roles.
When she's not supporting those in recovery, Paula enjoys classic black and white horror films and all things theater. She's a strong ally for the LGBTQIA community, both at IBH Addiction Recovery and beyond.
