As a person applying for or receiving addiction recovery services from IBH Addiction Recovery, you have certain rights guaranteed to you, which we want you to know, understand, and exercise. Please review and/or download the IBH Addiction Recovery Client’s Rights and Privacy Notice below.
The purpose of these documents is to identify, protect, and enhance your rights, as well as make you aware of established procedures for responsive and impartial resolution of client grievances and your rights to privacy.

Walk-in assessments are currently available at the Firestone Park Outpatient and Aftercare Facility at 1601 S. Main Street, Akron, Ohio 44301 on the following days and times:
- Mondays: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Wednesdays: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- Thursdays: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Assessments are first come, first served.
